It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to go through all the supplied documents and instructions before attempting to use the device. Should the Buyer come across anything in said documents and instructions that is not clear to him/her, then the Seller may offer the required clarifications.
The Seller (coMra For All) bears no responsibility and the Buyer clearly abolishes the Seller from all liability, in the cases that the Buyer causes any harm whatsoever either to him/herself or to third parties due to a lack of complying with the above.
Upon delivery of the Device, the Buyer shall inspect and operate the Device, according to the documents and instructions supplied digitally and/or in physical print. In case there is an issue with the unencumbered operation of the Device, the device-warranty will be immediately implemented.
However, the Seller maintains the right to inspect any Device rejected by the Buyer. It is clearly stated and understood that the Seller bears no responsibility for Devices that will be found to have been bruised, dropped to the ground, mishandled, placed near heat sources or that have been in any way fallen subject to abuse. In all such cases, the damaged due to abused Devices will not be covered by the Device warranty and will be repaired at charge for a nominal fee.
The Seller offers a Device warranty (applicable only to coMra Delta, coMra Palm and coMra Pro devices) of 18 months under specific Warranty conditions.
It will be noted, the technology of the Device is the product of an international patent that is the sole intellectual property of the creators of coMra, Radiant Life Technologies. Therefore, no parts of the Device may be copied or reproduced without the written authorisation of Radiant Life Technologies.
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer unique, personal, customer support to ensure you get the most out of your coMra line purchase. The reason for this policy is that effects of coMra therapy are cumulative and tend to become more pronounced over time. Initial results, depending on the condition, may be observed relatively quickly, but most chronic conditions require systematic efforts over several months to achieve stable improvement.
For coMra users of the Pro, Delta and Palm lines, beyond the 18 month warranty timeframe with devices that are functioning below an optimal level, and are interested in improving their device(s), we offer refurbishing services for a nominal fee to ensure your device will continue to perform at its best for years to come.
